Terms & Conditions

Welcome to DUSSEL RIDES (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and our limousine and chauffeur transportation services operating in Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Services

DUSSEL RIDES provides pre-arranged luxury transportation services, including but not limited to airport transfers, corporate transportation, special events, hourly charters, and point-to-point chauffeured rides. Service availability is subject to vehicle availability, date, time, location, and demand.


2. Reservations & Booking

Advance Booking:
Advance reservations are strongly recommended. Same-day bookings are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Accurate Information:
You are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off locations, dates, times, passenger count, luggage details, and valid contact information.

Confirmation:
A reservation is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation via email, text, or direct communication from DUSSEL RIDES.

Changes:
Any changes to your itinerary, including pickup time, locations, stops, or duration, may result in additional charges.


3. Rates, Fees & Payments

Quoted Rates:
Rates are based on vehicle type, distance, duration, time of service, and requested amenities.

Upfront Pricing:
All quotes include disclosed fees at the time of booking. Changes to the reservation may alter final pricing.

Payment Authorization:
By booking, you authorize DUSSEL RIDES to charge the payment method on file for the total reservation amount, including applicable add-ons, overtime, damages, or additional services.

Gratuity:
Gratuity may be included in your quote. If not included, a standard gratuity may be added to the final invoice.

Tolls, Parking & Airport Fees:
These may be included in your estimate or added to the final charge depending on your trip.

Cleaning or Damage Fees:
Excessive mess, spills, smoking, vomiting, or vehicle damage will result in additional cleaning or repair charges.


4. Waiting Time & Delays

Airport Pickups:
Flights are monitored in real time. Waiting time begins upon aircraft landing for domestic flights and after scheduled arrival for international flights (allowing for customs and baggage claim).

Complimentary Wait Time:
A complimentary wait period may be included. Additional waiting time will be billed in increments based on your reservation type.

Passenger Delays:
Failure to arrive within a reasonable time or failure to communicate may result in the trip being classified as a no-show.

Traffic & Weather:
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, accidents, weather conditions, road closures, or other factors beyond our control.


5. Cancellations, No-Shows & Refunds

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation timeframes and fees are provided at the time of booking.

Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made outside the allowed window may result in partial or full charges.

No-Shows:
A no-show occurs when a passenger fails to appear at the scheduled pickup time and location and cannot be reached. No-shows are charged in full.

Refunds:
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary.


6. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must behave in a respectful and lawful manner.

  • Disruptive, unsafe, or illegal behavior may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

  • Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

  • Alcohol is permitted only when legal and responsibly consumed.

  • Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and may be reported to authorities.

  • All passengers must wear seatbelts in accordance with Georgia law.


7. Vehicle Capacity & Safety

Passenger Limits:
Passengers may not exceed the legal seating capacity of the vehicle.

Child Seats:
Child and booster seats are required by law for applicable ages and must be requested in advance or provided by the passenger.

Luggage:
Luggage capacity varies by vehicle. Excess luggage may require a larger vehicle or additional fees.

Pets:
Pets are permitted only with prior approval and must be secured in a carrier, except for service animals.


8. Stops, Overtime & Extensions

Additional Stops:
Stops not included in the original booking may incur additional charges.

Overtime:
Trips exceeding the scheduled time will be billed at the applicable overtime rate.

Route Adjustments:
Chauffeurs may adjust routes for safety, traffic, or efficiency.


9. Liability Disclaimer

Personal Property:
DUSSEL RIDES is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. If items are found, we will make reasonable efforts to return them.

Service Interruptions:
We are not liable for service interruptions or delays beyond our control.

Maximum Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.


10. Force Majeure

DUSSEL RIDES is not responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, road closures, civil unrest, or mechanical failures.


11. Website Use

Accuracy:
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the website is error-free or uninterrupted.

Prohibited Use:
You may not use our website for unlawful activities, hacking, scraping, or harmful conduct.

Intellectual Property:
All website content, including logos, text, images, and branding, is the property of DUSSEL RIDES and may not be used without written permission.


12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By booking, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.


13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in or serving Metro Atlanta, Georgia.
